This shop is operated by Lunaria. Ordering from lunaria.id means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. Nothing is charged at the moment you place it.

We confirm each order by hand. Once we have checked that the piece can be made or sent, we write to you with payment and delivery details, and the contract is formed at that point.

If we cannot fulfil an order — the piece is no longer available, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and nothing will be owed.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the delivery charge quoted for your country, which is added before you place the order.

Payment is made by transfer to the account we send you, using the reference on your order so it can be matched. We begin preparing your order once the payment arrives.

If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order rather than honour it, and will refund anything already paid.

We send to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not offered, we do not yet have a delivery route to it.

Delivery times given are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is in the carrier's hands.

Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are yours to pay, and are not included in the price.

Pieces are cut and finished by hand in small numbers. Small differences in grain, weave and shade between one piece and the next are a property of how they are made, not a fault.

Photographs are taken as faithfully as we can manage, but colour on a screen depends on the screen.

You may cancel before we confirm your order, at no cost, by writing to hello@lunaria.id.

After delivery you may return an unworn piece in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Write to us first so we can tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours unless the piece was faulty or not what you ordered.

Pieces made or altered specifically to your measurements cannot be returned unless faulty, because they cannot be sold to anyone else.

Where the law of your country gives you stronger rights than this section does, those rights apply and nothing here limits them.

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair it, replace it or refund it.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@lunaria.id if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.

The photographs, text, designs and name on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
